Fulfillment Services

Our state-of-the-art facility enables us to store your inventory and process your customer orders, from start to finish.  Our flexible approach allows us to meet your needs:

• Storage of Inventory
  We provide accurate and timely receipt of inventory and secure storage of your product to fill orders.  You always retain title to the inventory.  We can also provide additional storage for excess inventory, if required.
  
  
• Customer Orders
  GTW will process orders received directly from your customers or sales agencies via EDI, fax, phone, mail or our convenient on-line order service.  Alternatively, if you want to receive and manage your own orders, we can easily accept an electronic file transfer of your orders to be used for fulfillment only.
  
  
• Invoicing
  We generate customer invoices in Canadian dollars in your name with each customer shipment.  GTW does not ship under its own name.  If you prefer, you can issue your invoices and we’ll provide  packing slips with each shipment.
  
  
• Accounts Receivable
  You will always own your Accounts Receivable and GTW will perform collection activity and process customer payments on your behalf. Customer payments are made to you and deposited directly into your bank account. 
  
  
• Customer Service
  Our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives are available during standard business hours to support your customers.  Use our existing customer service phone lines or we’ll set up a custom phone line, just for you. If you prefer to handle your customer contact, we will support you in that regard.
  
  
• Project Management and Support
  You will have a highly skilled Account Manager as your primary GTW liaison to manage projects and support your business.  The GTW Account Manager is your on-site representative!
  
  
• Reports and Information
  You will have 24/7 secure access to standard reports and ad hoc queries in Excel and PDF formats.  We offer tremendous variety of information for your accounting and business management needs.  Information regarding customers, sales, inventory and accounts receivable will be at your finger-tips.  Standard reports have been developed based on what we think you will need and you are also free to develop your own.
